Dear Ferron Families,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year.  We look forward to working with you and your child throughout this school year.  The staff at Ferron Elementary is deeply committed to ensuring that your child is successful in his/her academic program.  We aim to establish meaningful relationships with each student and help him/her discover their true potential so they are successful in their future academic and social endeavors.  Here are few reminders that will help you get off to a great start for this school year. 

•    Please make sure to update all of your Infinite Campus information including phone numbers and emails as this is how we will be delivering important information.

•    Gates open at 7:30 am.  Classes walk in together at 7:40 am.  The side gates close at 7:55 am and instruction starts at 8:00 am. 

•    Students are tardy if they arrive after 8:00 am.

•    Dismissal is at 2:11 pm

•    Please stay in your vehicle if you are double parked as we need traffic to keep moving

•    The pullout lanes are only to drop off and pick up students.  Please do not park and leave your vehicle in the pull out lanes.

•    U-turns are illegal in a school zone

•    Attendance will be taken every day and students are required to complete assigned tasks

•    Effective communication with school personnel is very important. Research shows a strong link between home/school communication and student achievement. We encourage you to communicate frequently with your child’s teacher and frequently visit our website at ferronelementary.com to receive information or find contact emails and numbers.

•    Ferron administration and office staff will be available through appointments, emails, or by phone during school hours

It is our goal that every child enrolled at Ferron Elementary has a positive and productive school year.  Working together, we can accomplish this!
